Note: Prices include sales tax, tourist taxes, highspeed internet, homeowners fees, gate security and departure cleaning. A $200/£300 security deposit is required. Discounts are available for rentals over two weeks. Pool heating is by electric heat pump and is available for an additional $127/£70 per week.
